Dana Multi-famliy Complex

The Dana project consists of two 3-unit Multi-family resi- dential buildings located in Nipomo, CA. The site includes several bio-detention basins/rain gardens to absorb rain- water runoff from the impervious areas such as the roofs, driveways and walkways. With the exception of the lawn/ grass area (less than 20% of overall site), all vegetation for this project is to be native Californian drought- tolerant planting.
