Newman Planning got word that residents of 16th Street in Los Osos, would be losing the existing landscape buffer due to an upgrade to the water tank and an addition of a pumphouse. Unfortunately, no fund- ing was left at the Los Osos Water District to hire a landscape designer. We volunteered our design services to help out the Los Osos water district and residents find a landscape design solution and guide them in implementing the design.
